Journal 4: Your Drafting Process

The Assignment

For Learning Journal #4, reflect on your Project 2 research and the drafting process.  Here are some questions to consider — feel free to use any or all of these questions in your writing.  Or you can simply type 750 words with your thoughts about the project — no need to hit any specific question.

Questions to consider:

• How's the research going?  What types of sources did you focus on?  Were there any types of sources you wanted but couldn't find?  Any surprises in the research?

• Has the Research Document helped you plan your writing?  In what ways did the Research Document guide your work?  Was it more of a help or a hindrance?

• What's your plan for completing your paper?  Do you have a schedule for when you'll write?
